Whole Wheat Chiquita Banana Pancakes

Start a weekend morning pancake tradition with these yummy whole wheat Chiquita banana pancakes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 ripe mashed bananas
- maple syrup or agave nectar for serving
Directions

| Whisk wet ingredients (honey, eggs, milk, oil) together in a bowl. Fold in mashed bananas. | |

| Mix in dry ingredients (whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon) to the wet ingredients, don't over-mix. | |

| Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray over low-medium heat and drop 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Once the batter starts bubbling, flip the pancake over until both sides are cooked. Makes approximately 12 pancakes. | |
