Mason Jar Chiquita Banana Pudding Recipe

This Chiquita banana pudding is creamy and sweet, a picnic recipe favorite.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chiquita Bananas
  • 3.4oz Banana Cream Jello Package
  • 14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 8oz Cool Whip
  • 1 box Mini Vanilla Wafers
  • 1 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • Lemon Juice
  • 1 pint Mason Jar

Directions

Step 1
Combine sweetened condensed milk, banana cream jello and cold water in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Mix cool whip into the banana cream jello mixture.
Step 3
Cool in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Slice Chiquita bananas and dip in lemon juice to prevent browning.
Step 5
Place a layer of the banana cream jello mixture onto the bottom of a 1 pint mason jar, add 6-7 mini nilla wafers, add a layer of banana cream jello, add a layer of Chiquita bananas and repeat until the mason jar is full.
Step 6
Chill and serve cold.
