Chocolate Chiquita Banana Chips

These easy to make chocolate covered banana chips will be a crowd pleaser amongst your kids and their friends.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Chiquita Banana
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

Directions

Step 1
Peel and slice the banana into about a quarter of an inch thick slices.
Step 2
Place the cocoa powder in a small bowl.
Step 3
Dip the banana slices in the cocoa powder until they are fully covered.
Step 4
Place bananas on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake in pre-heated oven set at 200 degrees for 6 hours.
Step 6
Remove from oven and leave on the cookie sheet allowing them to cool and further dry for 1-2 hours.
Step 7
Serve or add to your favorite trail mix.
