Chocolate Chiquita Banana Chips

These easy to make chocolate covered banana chips will be a crowd pleaser amongst your kids and their friends.
Ingredients
- 4 medium Chiquita Banana
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
Directions
| Step 1 | |
| Peel and slice the banana into about a quarter of an inch thick slices. | |
| Step 2 | |
| Place the cocoa powder in a small bowl. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Dip the banana slices in the cocoa powder until they are fully covered. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Place bananas on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. | |
| Step 5 | |
| Bake in pre-heated oven set at 200 degrees for 6 hours. | |
| Step 6 | |
| Remove from oven and leave on the cookie sheet allowing them to cool and further dry for 1-2 hours. | |

| Serve or add to your favorite trail mix. | |
