Ingredients
- 2 medium Chiquita bananas, ripe and mashed
- 0.5 cup plain yogurt
- 0.5 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 large egg
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 0.5 cup chocolate chips

| In a large mixing bowl mix bananas, yogurt, applesauce, and egg. | |

| Mix in baking soda, baking powder, sugar, flour, and oatmeal. Let sit for 5-10 minutes for oatmeal to soak up liquid and soften a bit. | |

| Gently fold in chocolate chips. | |

| Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin tins and bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. | |
