Chiquita Banana & Apple Sammies

This low carb Chiquita banana apple sammie snack option is perfect for kids and adults.

Ingredients

  • 1 large granny smith apple
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 rib Chiquita banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Step 1
Slice apple into fourths. Core apple.
Step 2
Spread peanut butter on each apple slice, only on one side.
Step 3
Slice banana and place 4-5 slices on 2 of the peanut buttered covered apples.
Step 4
Drizzle honey over the bananas and cover with the remaining apple slices to make a sandwich.
