This low carb Chiquita banana apple sammie snack option is perfect for kids and adults.
Ingredients
- 1 large granny smith apple
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 rib Chiquita banana
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions
| Step 1 | |
| Slice apple into fourths. Core apple. | |
| Step 2 | |
| Spread peanut butter on each apple slice, only on one side. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Slice banana and place 4-5 slices on 2 of the peanut buttered covered apples. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Drizzle honey over the bananas and cover with the remaining apple slices to make a sandwich. | |
