Creamy cheesecake dessert topped with a Chiquita banana and berry patriotic flair!

Ingredients

  • 4 Packages (8 ounces each)s Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 Cup + 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tub Cool Whip (thawed)
  • Fresh Berries
  • 2-3 Chiquita Bananas
  • 1/3 Package Graham Crackers (finely crushed)

Directions

Step 1
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with mixer until smooth.
Step 2
Gently stir in cool whip until well blended.
Step 3
Fill individual serving dishes half way with the cream cheese mixture. You can do this easily and evenly using a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off, but you could also use a spoon, or piping bag.
Step 4
Top the mixture with a layer of graham cracker crumbs. Then, fill to the top with more of the cream cheese mixture.
Step 5
Lightly sprinkle the top with additional graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate for four hours, then serve chilled.
Step 6
Before you serve, top with a red berry (we used strawberries), a blueberry or two, and a Chiquita banana slice cut into the shape of a star.

My name is Angie, and I'm a homeschooling mom of four who fills my days with ABC's and mounds of laundry. My husband of 13 years and I have been blessed with two girls (ages 11 and 9), and two boys (ages 7 and 3). I've become an expert at flying by the seat of my pants, and after a normal tiring day with the kiddos, I like to curl up on the couch and escape into a good book. I blog about my crazy family, homeschooling, and fun finds at www.myfourmonkeys.com.
